We offer refunds within 7 working days of your initial purchase. It’s important to note that some banks and financial institutions may take up to 23 days to process and reflect the refund in your account.
3. Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable to yearly hosting plans if requested within 14 days of using our hosting services. If you’re not satisfied with our services, we’ll refund your yearly plan on a pro-rata basis, deducting the portion of time you’ve used.
Refunds are not available for monthly hosting plans.
Domain purchases are non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, we cannot process refunds for this service.

For yearly plans, the refund will be prorated based on the time you’ve used our hosting services. This means you will receive a refund for the remaining unused months of your hosting plan.
In certain circumstances, such as a breach of our terms of service, we reserve the right to deny a refund request. Additionally, if your hosting account has been suspended due to a violation of our policies, refunds will not be processed.

Refunds are not available for domain purchases or any additional add-on services you may have purchased.
